"You and Me and a Manatee" (Manatee Song)

Here is a carefree song about playing in the water with mantees. This song was taken from our personalized children's music album, "Sea Animal Adventures." We have posted it here so that students who are performing the song can have easy access to it whlie they are are learning it. We have included a few video clips of manatees for your enjoyment. They are wonderful, peaceful animals that sometimes migrate from the warm waters of Florida to our South Carolina rivers and creeks. Manatees inhabit the warm shallow, coastal waters. They can live in fresh or salt water. Manatees are herbivores and eat many different plant species and types of algae.
