The Derwent Coloursoft Pencils. Are they Prismacolor killers?

This week we are checking out another pencil from that classic British pencil maker Derwent! The Derwent Coloursoft pencil range, is one of the staples of the pencil world know for its velvety laydown, bold vibrant colours and its big selling point is softness. Oooh! I've splurged a little bit with this one and brought the whole range of 72 Coloursoft pencils and I'm very curious to see how these compare to that other famous soft pencil, the Prismacolor. What are the Derwent Coloursoft like? Are they and good? AND are they actually as soft as they claim?
