Shell USA President: Recovery from Strait Closure May Take Up to Six Months | Amanpour and Company
Even if the Strait of Hormuz were to reopen today, it could still take up to six months for operations to return to normal. This is a warning from the president of Shell USA, who says the disruption caused by the Iran war will be felt long after a peace agreement is reached. Colette Hirstius joins Walter Isaacson to discuss how one of the world's largest oil companies views the crisis, and what she believes lies ahead for the future of America's energy.
