Authentic Jerk in Jamaica is done on pimento wood, thankfully we are able to enjoy the JERK FLAVOUR BY using delicious JERK MARINADES. Jerk Central ------------------------- ✅Recipe info: Oven Temperature: 425F Cooking time: 45 - 60 minutes depending on wing size Baste every 15 minutes. Turn on Broiler for the last 2 - 3 minutes for deeper caramelization on the wings if you desire. If the foil wrap is drying out or starting to burn a bit...pull the baking tray out and pour some water in and then continue to bake the wings.
