What I eat in a day on Dr Goldner’s Goodbye Autoimmune Protocol 3/25/25 EDIT: Sugar snap peas are a legume, therefore, Dr. Goldner does not consider them to be part of hypernourishment on rapid recovery. In addition, the flaxseed oil used in salad dressings is not counted in the daily hypernourishing total because, while being mixed and stored, the oxidation greatly reduces the omega-3 fatty acid content. Lastly, Alex‘s wonderful candies are made with cocao, not coco😌 I filmed this on day #23, of my 6 week adherence to the Goodbye Autoimmune Protocol, and I already felt the effects of this anti-inflammatory healing diet and lifestyle.
