LSG Pellet Cabinet Smoked Briskets - Slicing and Vacuum Sealing - Part 2 - SDSBBQ

After the briskets were done they needed to be sliced and vacuum sealed. In this video I walk you through my process of slicing the briskets thinly and into small pieces. Once the briskets were sliced I made the vacuum sealed bags and portioned the brisket to then be put into the bags and vacuum seal them.
