"I really love Pendrecht, you won't get me out of here," says Claudette Agua Rosada emphatically! In 1984, she and two others formed the first group of Antilleans to move into this working-class neighborhood in the south of the city. She lives, works, and works in the neighborhood, and she's proud of it. Yet, many others find it drab and ugly. In the new program "Neighborhoods of Reconstruction," architectural historian Wijnand Galema tries to get those people to see the beauty of these post-war strongholds.
