Using up a 12 x 12 on this #makermonday !

I saw this fold but it wasn't quite what I needed, so I modified it! One 12x12 into a signature page or a stand-alone folio -- your choice. You'll need one sheet of 12x12 paper, some glue -- and that's it. A scoreboard if you have it, but if you don't -- no worries. Easy enough to do without one.
