Building the Boyscoyo Arch
Here's one method to assemble the Boscoyo 6-Foot arch coro props. This video features the 3-ring, 126-node arch you'll find here, but the same approach should work for any size arch assembly: https://boscoyostudio.com/product/3-r... Key steps: 1) Layout the parts to line up the zip tie points and make sure the start/ending edges are on the same center line (it's a half-circle, after all) 2) Mark off the zip tie points and outer prop edge 3) Set the first tee and insert the 10' section of PVC pipe. Heat the pipe to soften it and bend it so the pipe runs between the zip tie points all around arch 4) Mark and cut off the 4"-6" of excess PVC. 5) Attach the EMT and PVC to the tees, using a shim to keep the EMT centered in the tee. Don't let the EMT enter the main body of the tee. 6) Attach the coro parts with zip ties, then insert your nodes/wiring 7) Blinky-Flashy!
