I'm sure you'll love these rolls! ❤️ 🥣 Ingredients Cottage cheese – 250 g Banana – 1 Rolled oats – 90 g Walnuts – 30 g Sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp Psyllium husk – 1 heaped tbsp Dried cranberries and raisins – 50 g Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp Baking powder – 1 tsp Sesame seeds – for coating 👩‍🍳 Preparation Finely grind the rolled oats, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the ground rolled oats, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. Stir in the psyllium husk and let the mixture swell for 5 minutes. Rinse the dried cranberries and raisins, pour boiling water over them, and then drain well. Add the vegetable oil, baking powder, raisins, and cranberries to the dough. Knead everything into a soft, smooth dough. Shape small rolls and roll them in sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. The rolls are ready! They are a delicious and healthy alternative to conventional bread: rich in fiber, filling, good for digestion, and perfect for everyday enjoyment.
