I became an anti-air Harasser main to advance my Heavy Assault directives (Planetside 2)

I'm going to be hearing the Ranger and Walker sounds in my damn sleep now. It took me quite a while to get these done and the main chunk of progress I put into these was during a handful of Bastion pulls where I was able to just spam the enemy Galaxy clusters with AA while they just sat there and repaired.
