Efficient Layer Cakes Production with 2 Multi Stations and 1 employee; save time and money with this concept Today we'd like to inform you about a new concept, which we created for a customer in Serbia - it is about the production of rectangular layer cakes with 2 Multi Stations and just 1 employee. Thanks to the clever arrangement of the 2 Multi Stations the employee is able to handle both, trays and biscuits. The 2 Multi Stations deposit cream and fruit filling (in this example) one after the other, while in between the worker places bisuits into the tray. The video here is just a "first trial", we had to create our own tray and used cardbox instead of biscuits, but the principle is shown very well. During the next days we will redo this test to create a better video. We will keep you updated here. Effiziente Schnittenherstellung mit nur 1 Mitarbeiter und 2 Unifiller Multi Stations Heute möchten wir Euch gerne ein neues Konzept vorstellen, welches wir für einen Kunden in Serbien entwickelt haben - es handelt sich dabei um die Herstellung rechteckiger Schnitten / Torten unter Verwendung von 2 Multi Stations und nur 1 Mitarbeiter. Dank der intelligenten Anordnung der beiden Multi Stations kann der Mitarbeiter sowohl das Auflegen und Abnehmen der Bleche als auch das Einlegen der Biskuit-Lagen in die Bleche bewältigen. Die beiden 2 Multi Stations dosieren abwechselnd Schichten von Creme und Fruchtfüllung (in diesem Beispiel), während der Mitarbeiter zwischendurch die Biskuits in die Bleche einlegt. Das Video hier war nur ein "erster Versuch", wir mussten uns das Blech "basteln" und haben Karton anstelle von Biskuits verwendet, aber das Prinzip wird dennoch super aufgezeigt… In den nächsten Tagen werden wir den Test nochmal wiederholen und ein besseres Video aufnehmen.
