Separate the ingredients and get ready to make a DELICIOUS dessert! #NhacGNT #RitaLobo #CozinhaPrática Ingredients: For the brownie: 200 g of dark chocolate (55% cocoa) 200 g of butter 3 eggs 1 cup (tea) of sugar 2/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour 1 pinch of salt 1/2 cup (tea) of Brazil nuts To serve: 1 star fruit 7 strawberries 1 kiwi 1 mango 1 tangerine (or tangerine, depending on your region) Confectioner's sugar for sprinkling to taste Mint to taste Whipped fresh cream (optional) Preparation: For the brownie: Preheat the oven to 180 °C (medium temperature). Grease a 24 cm round baking pan with a removable bottom with butter. Cut a square of parchment paper large enough to cover the bottom. Place the ring on top and close. Fold the excess paper under the pan - this method prevents liquid batters from running down the groove. Cut a strip to line the side of the pan (about 80 cm X 8 cm). Place a medium saucepan of water over medium heat - this will be used to make the bain-marie. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and cut the butter into cubes. Transfer to a large heatproof glass bowl and place over the pan of hot water. Stir with a spatula until melted. Remove the bowl from the pan and let it cool while you separate the other ingredients - if the chocolate is too hot it may cook the eggs. Crack one egg at a time into a small bowl - to check if they are ready - and transfer to another bowl. Beat with a fork just to mix the whites and yolks. Roughly chop the chestnuts. Using a spatula, mix the sugar and a pinch of salt with the melted chocolate. Add the eggs and mix well to incorporate. Gradually add the flour, stirring well. Finally, mix in the chopped nuts. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula. Bake for about 20 minutes. Pay attention to the doneness: the brownie should form a crust on the surface and still have a creamy center - poke it with a toothpick to check. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate to set for at least 1 hour before unmolding and serving. To serve: Wash, dry and cut the star fruit into slices to form stars. Wash, drain well and cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Peel and cut the kiwi in half lengthwise. Cut each half into segments. Peel and cut the mango into medium cubes. Peel, discard the fibers and separate the segments from the tangerine. Unmold the brownie and discard the paper on the sides. Cover with a plate and turn it over in one go. Gently remove the base of the pan and the parchment paper from the bottom of the brownie. Turn it over onto a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
