By following the journey of a “spiritual seeker” and drawing on various perspectives from psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, and the humanities, it explores the fundamentals of these practices of self. Jean-Luc Giribone, a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure (Ulm) and a professor of literature, has been interested in spiritual practice for over thirty years.
