Bhindi Gosht Recipe | Bhindi Gosht Ka Salan | Chef Osama Jalali Recipe: Ingredients • Vegetable oil 150 ml • Mutton curry cut 500 grams • Ginger Garlic paste 1.5 tbsp • Cloves 4 • Green cardamom 4 • Onions 3 medium • Salt to taste • Red chili powder 1 tbsp • Coriander powder 2 tbsp • Turmeric 1 pinch • Yoghurt 1 cup • Water • Lady Finger 250 grams • Oil 1 cup • Garam Masala 1 tsp Method • Take a pressure cooker and add oil to it. • Once oil heats add mutton to it. • Now add ginger garlic paste , cloves , green cardamom and saute the meat. • Now make an onion paste and add to the meat. • After adding onions its time to add powdered spices like red chili powder ,Turmeric salt and coriander powder. • Now saute the meat till it leaves oil. • Once oil is separated add whisked cup of yoghurt and fry again. • Now add water and pressure cook till meat is well cooked. • Now in another pan heat oil and fry the cut lady fingers. • Fry lady fingers till slightly brown and strain the oil • Now open the cooker and add the lady finger to the cooked meat and cook for 5 minutes all together. • Garnish with Garam masala and serve.
