LRF Fishing At Newhaven Harbour For A Mini Species Hunt To Show What's In Your Harbours and Estuary

A bit of light shore work today as we head out on an LRF (Light Rock Fishing) session. The aim is to show you just how many species are there to be caught if you know where to look — because so many anglers overlook these smaller fish, despite how much fun they are to catch on the right gear. This video also gives you a closer look at me fishing with my prosthetic legs, and some of the challenges I face when moving around on rough ground. It’s all part of making fishing accessible, adapting where needed, and still getting out there to enjoy the sport. If you enjoy the content, please do like and subscribe, and don’t forget to check us out on all socials — it really helps our community grow.
