The seller said it was from the Herend manufactory in Hungary. Although I noticed it wasn't stamped with Herend. However, after Googling it at home, I discovered that this figurine is indeed Hungarian, but not from Herend, but from Zsolnay. It's called "Hutsul," a Hungarian shepherd, hand-painted. It costs 45,000 rubles. The figurine turned out to be truly antique. There were also several ROYAL DALTON figurines for 300 shekels/95 dollars. There were also many beautiful antique candelabras of various sizes, made of different metals, with images of women and men. They were arranged very compactly. I had to take photos carefully to avoid knocking anything over. I'd also like to add that all the items inside the boutique were genuine antiques, while the ones in front of the entrance were not.
