This wonderful no-bake cake from an Italian chef captivates with its flavor and simplicity. For me, it's the perfect favorite—easy, oven-free, quick to prepare, and simply heavenly! A wonderful recipe that's guaranteed to surprise your family and friends. Cook with love and enjoy every bite! Ingredients: To prepare the sponge cake: 130 g flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 20 g cocoa powder. 5 egg whites. 170 g sugar. 5 egg yolks. 40 ml vegetable oil. Baking tray 21*21 cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes. Filling: 30-40 g roasted hazelnuts. 250 g milk powder. 50 g powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. 250 g butter (at room temperature). 250 ml milk (at room temperature!). Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon. For the chocolate ganache: 80 g children's Shoko Bons sweets. 80 g chocolate (mine is 54%) 100ml 33-36% whipped cream. Impregnation: 100-120 ml milk.
