In this video, we perform a complete 60,000 km service on a BMW 420i equipped with the N20 engine. The car arrived with misfire problems and a supposed chronic oil leak, but the story took a different turn during disassembly! ⚠️ The Danger of Misdiagnosis: The customer asked us to replace the oil filter housing and heat exchanger seals. We disassembled the entire assembly, but the original gaskets were perfect! The real culprit for the leak? Just the O-ring (rubber seal) on the oil filter cap. I show in detail in the video why you should be careful before condemning expensive parts.
