Arroz con Maiz al Estilo Cubano

I remember that since I was young, I always eagerly awaited the corn harvest season because it wasn't available the rest of the year. So, it was customary for all Cubans to buy a lot of corn and make different dishes with this delicious grain: tamales, rice with corn, majarete (a corn pudding), fritters, cornmeal... and finally, when it was no longer tender, we would put it in the sun, and among other things, we had it to feed the animals we raised. So, here it's a delight to be able to enjoy this product all year round, whether canned or fresh, and to be able to make these dishes that we love so much. Don't forget to tell me if you make it and if you've already made it this way. Also, leave a comment if you'd like to see how I make tamales and cornmeal; there are also corn desserts.
