Slow days in Morocco building habits and routines to feel grounded whilst solo traveling
I have been spending the past few days taking it slow and easy in Morocco, building habits and routines that make me feel grounded and centred. Whilst solo travelling I often find that self love and self care are particularly important for me to maintain a stable equilibrium within myself and they allow me to be in an inner space where I can process all the new experiences that come with travel. I spent these couple of days being intentional with how I spent my time, questioning what makes me feel centered and implementing those things in my days. Habits like journaling, spending time in nature, reading, expressing myself creatively, having some sort of morning and evening routine all make me feel more at home within myself and the world. I am looking forward to sharing more of my unfolding journey with you and as always, thank you for being here.
