Chasing Stripers Day & Night on Lake Mohave

Stripers, friends, and scorching heat! Join us for an epic fishing adventure on Lake Mohave where we were Chasing Stripers Day & Night. In early August, my friends and I took to the waters of Lake Mohave for some serious striper fishing. With some local tips and a little experience, we were able to get on the fish. This video documents our two daytime trips—battling the intense 111-degree heat—and one unforgettable night trip. During the day, we focused on trolling deep divers at about 30 feet, which proved successful. At night, we switched it up and used the "big green blob" to attract baitfish, which in turn brought in the stripers to hit our anchovies. Beyond the fishing, this trip was a great reminder of the importance of friendship and spending time together in person, away from screens and couches. We filmed this entire adventure on the Insta360 X5 from our Lowe Pontoon Boat.
