Noise Versus Effectiveness

Self help in small bites. Most days I go for an 8.5km walk through a beautiful Auckland park. On these walks, it’s my hope to bring big subjects into concise thoughts. Some call these subjects motivation or inspirational. Some call them life hacks, personal development, or positive thinking. What I do know is that, for those that have succeeded, they’ve incorporated these subjects into their way of life. It’s simply who they are. Maybe there’s a clue in that for us.
