FITTING MY PINTO ENGINE & TYPE 9 GEARBOX TO MY MK2 ESCORT!

Welcome back all, If you've been keeping up to date with the Mk2 Escort project, you'll know that one of my last videos in 2023 was me finishing off painting the underside of my Mk2 Escort. Now that job is ticked off the list, it has allowed me to get my Pinto engine and Type 9 gearbox fitted to the classic ford! In this video I also replace the rear main oil seal and spigot bearing. I also fit a RS clutch fork and new release bearing. Once the engine and gearbox are in the escort I then go on to modify and weld my gearbox mount to fit my application.
