Today we are making these carob brownies for the dogs, in the shape of Christmas Trees! You really could turn this easy dog treat into any shape you want! Since the holidays are here, we wanted to do another Christmas Dog Treat, and over the years we have done quite a few! Homemade dog treats are fun for you and your dogs! Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. You are looking for a brownie batter consistency. Spray your pan with a non stick spray. I used a 15x10 pan as I wanted these to be thinner, but you can use just about any size pan. Back for 30 - 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Slowly flip out of the pan onto a cooling rack. Let cool completely. Cut into shapes with a cookie cutter. Decorate as you please! Please note that I’m neither a vet nor an animal nutritionist, so it’s advisable to consult with your own authority when trying new foods, and also to ensure that your dog’s home cooked diet is balanced & includes all of the nutrients that are necessary for your dog’s health. As with ALL treats, feed in moderation, and don't feed anything to your dogs that you don't feel comfortable feeding them.
