These are Schindler 7000 units equipped with the Miconic 10 destination dispatch system, though it seems the tower was upgrading their turnstiles to PORT at the time of recording. Normally, as with most office towers, these would be behind turnstiles, but they're left open on Sundays as there is a public church service on the 7th floor, making these publicly accessible.
