Hello. This is Jang Quixote. There are so many truly absurd small and medium-sized businesses. Having worked at one of those myself, I thought I'd share some tips on how to avoid these problematic small and medium-sized businesses in advance, so I made this video. This is pretty basic, so I think those with some experience will already know it, but I hope it'll be helpful for those without much work experience when looking for a job, and I think those with experience will find some relatable content. When I talk about small and medium-sized businesses, I tend to use harsh language without realizing it... haha. I won't necessarily filter out those parts. I sincerely hope that Korea will foster many excellent, healthy small and medium-sized businesses, even if they aren't large corporations. I'm going to try my best on YouTube again.
