Buchan Line review ~ Train Simulator

The Buchan Line is a recent addition to Train Simulator, launching in December 2025. This add-on depicts a line in north-east Scotland that closed down decades ago; more specifically, you currently get the 40 miles of track from Aberdeen to Peterhead as it was in the early 1960s. Personally, I think the Buchan Line is a pretty good route where overall quality is concerned, but the experience is let down somewhat by the inclusion of motive power that's already been in the game for a decade or longer (not to mention the current lack of the full route to Fraserburgh and St. Combs).
