With regular halts every 80-100 km to refresh and enjoy the journey, we reached Siliguri by 9:00 PM, wrapping up a long yet fulfilling day on the road. Day 2: Our Himalayan adventure kicked off at 9:00 AM. Riding through the mesmerizing hills and lush jungles, we soaked in the breathtaking views of the mountains. By 1:00 PM, we arrived at Darjeeling, checked into our hotel, and enjoyed a hearty lunch. The day ended beautifully with a visit to the iconic Mall area, where Christmas festivities added charm to the crisp mountain evening.
