Island Life & Making St. John's Wort Oil
This week: After a failed beach attempt I begin making my annual St. John's Wort oil or Spatholado as we call it on Kea. Foraging for the flowers I need to make my healing oil brings me to some of the most beautiful scenery on Kea. The making of this oil is an ancient technique that I learned on the island and have been making for sale since 2005. I'm also getting ready for a big new era of processing acorns into flour in my new location. This video also has a day-trip I must make regularly to Lavrio to get my medically prescribed cannabis. I'm so glad to see a surge in subscribers and encourage you all to join the channel! Thanks for being here... MM
