Keith Ferris, 2012 National Aviation Hall of Fame enshrinee, tells us of the behind the scenes activities necessary to produce his latest painting of an F-35C taking off from a carrier. He is a founding member and past president of the American Society of Aviation Artists. His art has served the advertising, editorial, public relations, and historical documentation needs of the aerospace industry, publications, the military services and air and space museums for 69 years.
