In this first video, we begin with a short introduction where we explain our intentions for this game, the preparations for a game, and the first phase: mandatory offensives. If you play along with the exceptions document linked above, remember that all you have to do is play by the rules we explain and pay attention to the exceptions related to the phase you are in. For example, if in the mandatory offensive phase, playing as the Allies, you get France, the document will tell you that the enemy you must attack to fulfill the rule is the Germans in France, Belgium, or Germany.
