Systema Athens Seminar 2015 with Andreas Weitzel: Work against wrestling

In this session we took advantage of Andreas’ vast experience in wrestling, so we did train in several basic throwing and taking down techniques and then we studied basic Systema tactics to deal with them. The principle behind the methods was that we must first learn how to “lose” (meaning not struggle to confront the technique), and by “losing” we can create the opportunity to turn the game.
