She started her transition in high school, but it wasn’t until she turned 21 that she started getting surgery to become the person she felt she was on the inside. In the space of four years, Nat has spent over $100K on surgical and non surgical procedures. So far she has had a forehead reduction, brow bone shave, two brow lifts, an eye tilt, two nose jobs, under eye filler, lip filler, cheek implants, a lip lift, and a chin implant, which has now been removed. She is constantly changing her look and feels she will never stop enhancing herself. Nat is full of confidence and sass and assumes everyone loves her look: “What isn’t there to love about me?” As soon as you step through her front door her hallway is plastered with photos of herself, which she calls her “hall of fame”. She even has a shower curtain with a blown up picture of herself on it. She says everywhere she goes she stops traffic.
