Three Rituals for Tree Magic

Trees have been at the center of our spiritual practice as land-based people since time immemorial. They are our elders, our ancients, the source point for so much of our ritual. And in this episode, I wanted to respond to a voice message I received asking me to speak to the medicine of trees—because so much magic can be rediscovered just by connecting to the tree realm. I share some of my favorite facts about trees and tree consciousness, including why tree medicine is really the medicine of humanity.
