Chris Solomons shares his amazing story from July, 2010. Not only is Chris a flight paramedic, who has a history of saving lives, he's a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) survivor. He got a feeling and knew something wasn't right. He was driving and decided not to return home because he knew nobody was there. He mind was saying "your colleagues are at work." Luckily his mind won. Pins-and-needles extended to his arms and his legs. He was driving down the speedway, knowing he was having a heart attack. He tried to ring "999" but the pain worsened. He knew enough to take the backroads because he "didn't want to take anyone else out" on a busy roadway should he fall unconscious. Luckily, he arrived at work, where his life-saving friends were available to help.
