Breast Augmentation and athletes: everything you need to know

Brittany and Christy both have breast implants and are multi-sport athletes and wished they had a resource like this prior to undergoing surgery to help ease some of their anxiety. In this episode we discuss: our background with some of our own research, why we got them, the procedure itself (Brittany is over the muscle and Christy is under), disadvantages including the hot topic of breast implant illness and concerns specific to athletes.
