Bicolanos are known with their dishes that contain coconut milk and spicy flavors. However, our version of Ginataang unripe papaya is cooked with tuna, which is fried with olive oil and spiced with rosemary herbs. Like any other Filipino dish, this recipe is best serve with steamed rice as well.
