21. Dissident Vladimir Bukovsky Part 2 Question period at Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada, organized by Adrian Chomenko in 1986. Bukovsky exposed the Soviet use of psychiatry against political prisoners. He spent 12 years in prisons, gulags, or labour camps and psychiatric hospitals.
