Frondescent Fête ☾︎ 𝗘𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘

─────── ⋆ ☽ ☆ ☾︎ ⋆ ─────── Eclipse Dressage '𝒮𝓉𝑒𝓅 𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑜 𝒹𝒶𝓇𝓀𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒹𝒶𝓃𝒸𝑒 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓂𝑜𝑜𝓃' ─────── ⋆ ☽ ☆ ☾︎ ⋆ ─────── And winter begins of blues and whites; frost and snow. A battle of lives so small to our eyes, we freeze under their prowess and choose to stay in our homes. The flurries take over, coating the floors and covering the greens. Shining like stars in the sky, the snow shimmering like an ocean in the sun. Blue ice becomes a mirror of the summer gone past, glass cold and slippery we use for fun. Yet it is their plane of battle. Staring from our windows at the dance the snow creates, falling from the clouds and the icy wind winding them to a crescendo of silent music. The once summer sun now wintery cold; birds disappear and the critters hide as we do, but the army of winter powers on. Their dance powers through for 3 months, pulling the blanket of white and blue so heavy over us, until we're drowning. Then the sun starts to warm, it's cold façade lifting. Winter wains and the blanket is pulled away, sinking back into the earth. First are the light specks of green, the tweet of a bird, an odd leaf on a tree and finally a blossom. Starting slow, the grass grows greener, the flowers begin to bloom, the trees sprout more leaves. Multiplying in it's beauty, spring appears. A new dance of soldiers in pinks and whites. The apple blossom on a tree and the hawthorn beginning to grow and the snow drops in the corners of gardens taking their show before withering with the rest of the snow. The air grows warmer, the colours so much brighter, the birds return and the bees start to buzz. A fresh start for the undergrowth, the next generation of animals. Spring has come in it's glorious glow.
