Stripping a BMW K100 Down to Nothing | Full Teardown

In this episode, I fully dismantle my BMW K100 — taking it all the way down until nothing is left but the engine, the driveshaft, and the bare essentials. What I thought would be a fairly straightforward teardown turned out to be harder than expected. Years of age, seized bolts, and stubborn parts made this stage slower and more challenging than planned — but it’s a necessary step before the rebuild can really begin. This is part of an ongoing project where I’m documenting the entire process of turning this BMW K100 into a café racer, step by step, without rushing or cutting corners.
