My Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple Kit

This is a description and demonstration of my Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple drum set, in the Polar White lacquer finish. I purchased it new in 2023. Drum set specs are: 22x14 bass drum (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 8mm thick shell 10x7 rack tom (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 6.2 mm shell 12x8 rack tom (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 6.2 mm shell 13x9 rack tom (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 6.2 mm shell 14x13 floor tom (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 6.2 mm shell 16x15 floor tom (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 6.2 mm shell 14x6 snare drum (7 ply maple with a wenge core ply) 6.2 mm shell Cymbals used: 15" Paiste 602 SE Modern Essentials Hi Hats 16" A Zildjian Thin crash (circa 1980's) 17" Paiste 2002 crash 21" Sabian HH Raw Bell ride 18" Wuhan china 18" Paiste PST-X Swiss crash The drum set was recorded in my studio with only a Yamaha EAD10 Electronic Acoustic Drum Module ("B" channel only).
