I made a med error…. #medication #nursing #patientsafety
I made a medication error and I am not ashamed to admit it. Nurses are held to very high standards and are often expected to be perfect. However, we are human beings first and guess what, we make mistakes. The most important thing about making a mistake is learning from it. My med error caused me to reflect on my practice as a nurse and trust me, I won’t make the same mistake twice. #medication #patientsafety #nursing
