How I Help my Neurodivergent Teen Girl

Here are ten things I do to help my Autistic and ADHD 16 year old daughter. I'll explain each and why I do it as it applies to her neurodivergence. My goal is that this will be helpful and encouraging to know you aren't alone in these struggles. Parenting neurodivergent kids is a lot harder, and if you are neurodivergent yourself, then that's another level. You should be proud of the effort you pour into your kids lives. Even on days that feel miserable, you are doing what no one else can.
