Pizza Chef [Hisanobu Yamamoto] He trained at the renowned Neapolitan restaurant "Il Pizzaiolo del Presidente" and won the World Pizza Championship in Naples in 2007 and 2008. He also won the following year in 2009, becoming the first pizza chef in the competition to win three consecutive awards. He is one of Japan's leading pizza chefs.
