Claire Roger
In her ceramic objects, colorful patterns, geometric forms and strings make us dream of landscapes, humans and nature. While the forms may repeat, every object has a unique surface, tells another story, lets us wander in a different mental landscape. The manufacturing technique is very special: the clay itself is colored and cut into small pieces that are assembled with infinite patience to create the object. Claire's art and imagination do the rest. Claire Roger lives and works in Aquitaine, France.
