Pros and cons of living in CLEMSON, SC!

Welcome back! 👋🏼 After a long holiday break, weekly videos are back and today I’m bringing you a few pros and cons about living in my favorite college town: CLEMSON, SC! And lastly, we will look at the real estate market in Clemson. Tiny town aka lots of people and traffic (almost) all year round. Traffic and people slow down in the summer because people go back home or travel during the summer months. Pros 1. College town with night life; football and a lot of energy! 2. Location location location! Clemson is wedged in between fun cities like Greenville, SC and Atlanta, GA. It’s a short drive to the mountains. Lake life is all about taking it easy (Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee). 3. People- from sweet southerners, people across the pond and all over the country, there’s so many different walks of life in Clemson. Pros not mentioned: affordability, growing town with more jobs coming to Clemson. Statistics of South Carolina real estate •SC home prices were up 17.3% in January •Homes sold fell 7.1% •Homes for sale fell 33% Statistics of Clemson real estate •$157/sq foot •Median list price 279k •Median sold price 384k •Homes sold 1.3% Lower than list price in December 2021 That’s it!
