Everett Railroad 11: The Spirit of the Champagne Trail

In early November 2021, Historic Transportation Perseveration hosted a two day photo charter tour on two railroads in Pennsylvania. The first day of the charter was held at the Everett Railroad and stared the railroads steam locomotive ex-Bath & Hammondsport Railroad 11! 11 would pull a short mixed freight that looked similar to what it used to pull at the B&H. The Bath & Hammondsport Railroad was nicknamed "The Champagne Trail" due to the vast number winery's in the area it ran in. The charter certainly gave 11 the chance to "show them what she's got" with lots of run-bys with lots of stalk talk and whistling. Along with all of the run-bys in the video, I also managed to get a quick cab ride in 11 between photo locations. So sit back and enjoy 11 pulling a mixed freight from dawn to dusk!
