North To The Klondike
On August 16, 1896, Gold was discovered in the Klondike region of Yukon, Canada, near the Alaska border. The following year, a stampede of prospectors sailed from Seattle and San Francisco to Skagway, Alaska. From there, they had to climb a mountain and float down the Yukon River to Dawson City, a journey that took them 8 months to a year, and they arrived in 1998. Most of them were too late to find a good claim, but they could not leave until the Spring of 1899. For more detail, see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klondik... "North To The Klondike” was created with Copilot and Suno.
