This Place in Mexico Blew Us Away | Off-Grid Sailing Isla Espíritu Santo

We finally made it to Isla Espíritu Santo… and it completely lived up to the hype. From hidden bays to sea caves, this turned into one of our favorite stops in Baja. Off-grid sailing in Baja doesn’t get much better than this. Just a few miles off the coast of La Paz, Isla Espíritu Santo is one of the most iconic destinations in the Gulf of California—and for good reason. In this episode, we explore multiple anchorages around the island, hike through its rugged desert landscape, and snorkel in some of the clearest water we’ve seen so far. We wrap it all up with an unforgettable dinghy ride into the sea caves—easily one of the highlights of the trip. If Espíritu Santo has been on your list, this is what it’s really like. 📍 Locations: Isla Espíritu Santo Sea of Cortez / Gulf of California 👍 If you enjoy sailing, remote anchorages, and exploring places off the beaten path, subscribe and follow along as we continue through the Sea of Cortez.
